Ohio Room

• Seating capacity: up to 80 in round tables, up to 60 classroom style, or up to 28 in conference style
• Built-in computer, projector, screen, DVD and VHS player, CD player, cassette deck, cable TV
• Buffet serving counter located in the back of the room for easy access to food and beverages during your event

Cincinnati Room

• Seating capacity: up to 35 in round tables
• Available for lunch service (11:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m.) or after hours
• Part of Gallery Salveo, a gallery featuring local artists that is available for dinners, receptions, and other after-hours events
• Can hold up to 48 (a $60 room configuration fee will apply)

Hoffman Room

• Seating capacity: up to 26 in conference style
• Built-in computer, projector, screen, DVD and VHS player, CD player, cassette deck, cable TV
• Buffet serving counters located on the side and in the back of the room for easy access to food and beverages during your event

Kentucky Room

• Seating capacity: up to 20 in conference style, up to 24 in classroom style
• Built-in computer, projector, and screen
• Buffet serving counter located in the back of the room for easy access to food and beverages during your event

Indiana Room

• Seating capacity: up to 14 in conference style
• Wall-mounted monitor with audio/visual inputs; clients must provide their own laptops; other equipment available upon request

Norwood Room

• Seating capacity: up to 8 in conference style
• Wall-mounted white board
• Other equipment available on a limited basis upon request

**The Cincinnati Room is set up for 35 people, but can hold up to 48. If the room has to be reconfigured for 48 people, a $60 reconfiguration fee will apply.

﹢Theater-style seating (rows of chairs with no tables) are available in the Ohio Room on a case-by-case basis.

﹢﹢The projector in the Indiana Room is a wall-mounted monitor with audio/visual inputs. Clients are asked to supply their own laptop. Other audio-visual equipment is available by request.
